We ARE CREATING CIRCLES OF HOPE
our work
Helping to heal the community
Through the creation of The Brick City Memorial it is our desire is to make an interactive evolving public platform of engraved bricks which will honor and memorialize victims of violent crimes whose lives were taken in Essex County. We look forward to raising awareness and providing the families and loved ones of these victims with a peaceful sanctuary.
It is anticipated that this sacred memorial will offer hope, healing; and become a symbol of unity, strength, stability and synergy. The serene environment will seek to invite visitors to commune with their grief, connect with each other and celebrate the lives lost so violently. Moving the community forward and laying a new foundation “brick by brick” toward change, recovery and restoration.
Our ultimate purpose is to create a place of serene remembrance which will allow time away from daily responsibilities and an opportunity for reflection.

Physical Well-being
The ability to maintain a healthy quality of life allows us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress, which has an impact on conditions such as anxiety, stress tolerance and cognitive agility. Without physical well-being relationships, career, and finances can be negatively impacted.
Social Support
Having the support of others helps to have a positive mental state and can keep us healthy, help prevent serious health conditions, and reduce the risks of heart attacks and strokes. Stress has been linked to many chronic illnesses which include diabetes, asthma, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and arthritis.
Environmental Wellness
Contributing to and engaging with spaces that are safe, accessible, and sustainable. Being aware of the limits of the earth's natural resources; conserving energy, enjoying and appreciating time outside in natural settings; and creating environments that are supportive and nurturing.
Main Objective
To address the social, cultural, and environmental conditions that children, families, and individuals live in.
